Nick Mellios

Chief Executive Officer

Nick Mellios is responsible for overall technical and strategic management and brings a broad background in technology and business development to his lead role at Mojo. As co-founder and CEO, Nick has been responsible for raising financing and assembling the technical and operations teams to build and support Mojo’s iGaming platform. Nick also leads business development efforts negotiating agreements with online and land based gaming operators and third party gaming providers.  Prior to Mojo, Nick was the CEO of Yummy Interactive.  Nick co-founded Yummy to build a games on demand distribution and DRM solution for mobile/broadband service providers and application/game developers and publishers.

Chris Ruck

Chief Technology Officer

Chris Ruck created and manages Mojo’s technology, architecture and ongoing IP development. Chris has over 25 years of experience specializing in architecting and deploying back-office systems, multiplayer games, DRM solutions and billing systems previously for Look Communications, Yummy Interactive, Cake Gaming and now Mojo. Chris has been with the company since inception from 2004.

Chris L. MacPherson

Chief Financial Officer

Chris has spent 25 years at CIBC Wood Gundy as Vice President & Portfolio Manager. He has extensive experience in the capital markets and is co-founder of Mojo. Chris will be responsible for finance and marketing activities, funding and acquisition opportunities as well as assist in strategic and tactical matters. He has sat on a number of boards, including BC Hydro and Westech, and been quite active on the political stage.

Robert Svetelj

VP of Affiliate Marketing

Robert is currently responsible for day to day management of marketing and affiliate marketing initiatives. As well Robert is a direct liaison and plays a key role in prelaunch rollouts of our platform technology to our network partners. Prior to starting with Mojo in 2006, he had a successful career at a major Canadian bank.

Baldy Rakhra

VP Business Development 

Baldy Rakhra is a seasoned sales and relationship professional with over 25 years’ experience in business development and project management that spans the globe in Gaming, Software Development and Media & Entertainment, with companies such as Electronic Arts, AIG and Reliance MediaWorks.  Baldy has developed an extensive international network in the Casino and gaming business and brings a wealth of strategic relationships to the team.

Ed Kelly

Network Partner Manager 

Ed Kelly is currently responsible for all day to day operations managing B2B partners on the Mojo Network from our Barcelona office. Prior to starting with Mojo in 2007, Ed was Head of Customer Service at Paradise Poker and SportingBet.

Ian O’Hare

Director of Human Resources & Operations

Ian O’Hare is currently responsible for all human resource management in Dublin and Barcelona offices. Prior to starting with Mojo in 2007, Ian was a Customer Support Supervisor at Paradise Poker and SportingBet

Neil Allen

Head of Customer Support Operations

Neil Allen is currently responsible for all operations managing customer support for Mojo consumer brands and B2B turnkey partner brands from our Dublin office. Prior to starting with Mojo in 2006, Neil was Customer Support Supervisor at Paradise Poker and SportingBet.

Anthony Morley

Head of Security/Fraud

Anthony is currently responsible for day to day management of the network fraud & security department. Prior to starting with Mojo in 2007, he had a successful career in a similar roles with SportingBet, Paradise Poker and Stanley Leisure.

Sachin Pawa

Independent Non Executive

Sachin Pawa, BBA, MBA, has over 10 years of experience in building gaming ventures in India. He co-founded and developed Sol Entertainment Private Ltd., the operating company of the Crown Casino in Goa, India. He was the chief executive officer of Online for Playwin, India’s largest licensed lottery business. He was also the co-founder and CEO of Blue Square Services, which operated the site Maharjahclub and was licensed in the United Kingdom. He has also set up and managed various successful retail stores and operations for distribution of mobile devices, including partnerships with the major network carriers in the United States. He graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia, with an MBA and from the Apeejay School Of Management in Delhi, India, with a BBA.

Patrick Martin

Independent Non Executive

Patrick Martin, BSc, MBA, is the principal of business strategy at Zappos since 2014 and one of the architects of the current best customers strategy. He has expanded the data science and business intelligence capabilities of the organization. He has additionally held previous roles as a product manager at Zappos, and a senior engineer and development director at Electronic Arts Sports. Mr. Martin’s areas of expertise include business strategy, technology management, big data and on-line/direct marketing. He received his BSc in Computer Software Engineering from the University of British Columbia and received his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Chris Tsakok

Independent – Chairman of the Audit Committee

Chris Tsakok served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sterling Group Ventures Inc. since July 18, 2014 until November 11, 2016 and served as its President since April 2016 until November 11, 2016. Mr. Tsakok has been the President of Richco Investors Inc. since September 2012 and serves as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He has been in the investment business for the past 10 years. He serves as Vice President of Sagit Management Ltd. He has been a Director of Richco Investors Inc. since 2007 and Sterling Group Ventures Inc. since July 18, 2014. Mr. Tsakok holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm.), an MBA degree and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Robert Smiley

Independent Non Executive

Former Chief Financial Officer of the company, Mr. Smiley is a business consultant working with junior companies. He was self-employed in this capacity for the past fifteen years. He is a former lawyer who specialized in oil and gas, mining and securities law for twenty five years. He is currently a director of Richco Investors Inc, and Silver Grail Resources Inc. He has served on the boards of a number of junior and intermediate companies in the past.
